SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 25, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Applied Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq:AMAT) will participate in two upcoming investor conferences to be held in New York. Randhir Thakur, executive vice president and general manager, Silicon Systems, will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch U.S. Technology Conference on Wednesday, June 2, from 1:45 p.m. to 2:25 p.m. ET. On Wednesday, June 9, Mike Splinter, chairman and chief executive officer, will present at the UBS Global Technology and Services Conference from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET.
